嚟到蘭桂坊除左一般Clubbing飲嘢之外,其實仲有好多嘢食,近年呢頭都開多左好多新既小店,而今次去既呢一間餐廳就喺其中之一,因為喺網上見到佢有得食曾經好想喺日本食既吉列牛,而呢間餐廳仲要有得自己燒,梗喺上嚟試下喇!餐牌有六個Set,每個都已經包左沙津前菜同飯,另外亦都可以加錢叫小食,而最尾我同朋友都選擇好好享受食呢度最出名既牛,所以就無叫小食,我地各叫左一個「頂級皮腱牛扒」同埋嚟呢度必食既「吉列炸牛扒」。「吉列炸牛扒」- 一個Set連埋個石鍋送上嚟,店員好細心咁樣教我哋點樣食啲吉列牛,原來喺要每一邊喺石鍋上燒5-60秒,燒完就會更加食更加鬆軟入口,一開頭我哋想試下唔燒咁耐就咁燒幾秒會喺咩效果,原來喺會比較難咬,因為原來俾我哋既肉只喺兩成熟,喺特登留俾客人有可以自己燒既樂趣。知衰之後就跟返店員講既燒返50秒,原來個口感真喺會差好遠,食落去真係極鬆軟,而且好肥美,燒完之後更加熱辣辣,食落去啱啱好!「頂級皮腱牛扒」 - 店員有介紹度呢隻牛扒既牛味會比一般既更加重,而佢既部位喺好近牛既心臟,並比較厚身。見到真身比想像中既更加厚,當堂留晒口水食落去厚得嚟好有口感,又勁多肉汁!好好食!每個餐連既

而飲品就叫左sparking water,職員有同我哋講喺一枝嚟,本身以為會喺細細枝一人份,點知嚟到喺一大枝,呢個sparking water都好好飲,亦都喺第一次見到
總括嚟講,呢度真喺食肉嘅好地方,職員亦都好nice,好細心咁同我地介紹食物,應該點燒,肉嘅品質等等。提提大家因為位置唔算好多,而且又喺蘭桂芳呢啲旺區,記得book定枱呀!
