To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又是一年一度老豆生日的大日子了,作為孝順女,當然要好好跟他慶祝!老豆開宗明義說要吃中菜,精挑細選下,最後選擇了翠園!第一個菜是鐵板叉燒($68),侍應會先放一個熱騰騰的鐵板在你面前,然後再放叉燒,最後放醬汁!咋!咋!咋!煙霧四起!好像在做表演一樣,老豆看得如痴如醉,做女的,也感到很開心!叉燒經鐵板再灼熱後,表面更外脆,而肉汁仍能鎖汁,不錯!之後上菜的是生炊芋粿炒素菜($88),這個菜較為普通,只覺得是一堆蔬菜!最特別的應該是芋粿,在香港比較少見!我這麼大個女,也是第一次吃,但結果是...我不太懂欣賞這個食品😅味道淡淡的,沒有很粉的感覺,反倒口感有點QQ,不太喜歡!翡翠炒班球($268)份量比較少,魚肉經過走油,外層有點脆口,肉質也算鮮甜!而且底層有菜,感覺較健康。因為老豆愛吃魚,所以我們下一款菜也是魚,鮮蟲草花雲耳浸海斑($368)!魚肉被起骨,再走油!說真的,魚肉的味道和上一碟菜差不多,不過這一款整體來說比較清新。最有趣的,是老豆誤以為這款是蒸魚,所以上菜後,明顯見到老豆的表情有點失望...阿哥嫌我們的餸菜太寡,所以又叫了一碟士多啤梨脆肉排($118),肉排外層外脆,肉質腍身易入口,

阿哥嫌我們的餸菜太寡,所以又叫了一碟士多啤梨脆肉排($118),肉排外層外脆,肉質腍身易入口,配上酸酸甜甜的士多啤朵醬,配飯一起吃,一流!

其實一整晚我最欣賞的,是這個栗子布甸($30)!栗子香滑軟熟,味道不會太甜,濃稠度又適中,配上一粒粒晶瑩剔透的西米一起吃,幸福的感覺回來了!

老豆說:一家人齊齊整整,開開心心地吃一餐飯,便是最好的生日禮物!看來,老豆很滿意是次生日飯!成功!
