To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果有朋友問老銅邊度食中菜好,我一定會叫佢搭丁丁去跑馬地奕蔭街的"彭慶記".價錢唔貴,豐儉由人,老細彭生唔會因為你唔叫山珍海味而黑面.一樣笑面迎人.已經去過好幾次,有幾味真係值得講下:炒鮮奶,每次黎一定會叫,炒得好滑.面頭點石成金的松子,倍添口感.蒜香雞,皮脆肉嫩煎藕餅,唔係好似出面果d無heart的食店,豬肉多過蓮藕.點埋Worchester saurce.絕配.碧玉蘭花,冬菇釀上魚肉,好香口.仲有其他如士多啤梨骨,炸蝦餅,缽仔魚腸等,又係值得一試.四個人飯局大約$400,開瓶費$50支.最好訂定位.

已經去過好幾次,有幾味真係值得講下:

炒鮮奶,每次黎一定會叫,炒得好滑.面頭點石成金的松子,倍添口感.

蒜香雞,皮脆肉嫩

煎藕餅,唔係好似出面果d無heart的食店,豬肉多過蓮藕.點埋Worchester saurce.絕配.

碧玉蘭花,冬菇釀上魚肉,好香口.

仲有其他如士多啤梨骨,炸蝦餅,缽仔魚腸等,又係值得一試.

四個人飯局大約$400,開瓶費$50支.最好訂定位.
