老闆誠意之作 日本空運水產三上水產位於深水埗,當然唔係一間好華麗嘅居酒屋。亦因為甘,佢哋老闆食材相對性價比極高⭐今次小魚同朋友仔去食嘅係Omasake,人頭大約hkd1000位,但餐廳已經包埋日本清酒。完全無概念地去到,令人意外驚喜,不但之氣氛及人情味。介紹返食物主要日本空運到貨✈首推薦:岩手螺香港已經無貨供應,就算想買亦難找。 多汁清甜,食到停唔到手👐之後係佢個 長腳蟹/松葉蟹飯🦀 (睇你要幾大而定)師傅用心去執蟹肉再加工炒飯,好精緻!唔少得係佢即晚到嘅10吋厚拖羅...crazy! 新鮮到一個點,係肥美黎形容!其實一晚都有成10個菜式,最後嘅重點菜式🐮係"生切和牛",係香港基本好少餐廳願意做,因為風險大,如果刀法唔好及牛唔多新鮮,會過厚同出血水。個師傅切到一片片厚薄適中,冰鎮上碟,又滑入口即溶。正4個人食,仲有刺身、一盤海膽、熱食串燒、烏東及一夜干!試問點唔贊一下🍶101分~
