深水埗日本餐廳唔多,呢間三上水產就係比較高質嘅日本餐廳。我通常都係午市幫襯,今次就叫咗大魚雜錦魚生飯,呢個飯都正正常常,唯一缺點就係魚生差唔多每樣都係得一塊。 不過佢哋前菜都多,有沙律同埋日式蒸蛋而且一個餐價錢都唔算貴,lunch仲要免收加一!強烈建議喺深水埗返工嘅你想食日本野嘅時候可以試吓呢間。

在深水埗區,無意中發現一間CP值極高的日本餐廳。看門面,以及裝修,本應以為是日本平價經濟化的日本菜,點知原來質素奇高。叫了一個刺身拼盤套餐,小血鯛一條,將油漬花螺,赤蝦,劍魚腩,三文魚,油甘魚,帶子和加拿大海膽。魚肉鮮甜無腥味,沾酸汁或醬油食用。海膽甜味突出,赤蝦新鮮,並且去除蝦腸等內臟,其他刺身解凍恰到好處,沒有雪味。串燒牛肉比較堅靭大葱雞肉卷,雞肉也有醃製調味,五花腩包蘆筍,燒得不會過乾,小青椒穩陣之選。最後叫了一個泡菜生蠔鍋,生蠔有四隻,湯底也充滿泡菜味,配料有黃芽白,蘿蔔絲,寬粉,豬腩片,豆腐,冬菇,和雜菌,份量甚多,足夠兩個人吃。這樣的價錢,這樣的質素,簡直不惜工本,而且啤酒和清酒價錢合理,實惠隱藏居酒屋。

真係好掛住日本,以前一年都會去幾次,一落機第一時間去築地市場,食刺身。依家只可以憑回憶去回想,但係時間越耐,味道漸漸開始喺記憶中消失🥺。好彩香港都係一個好地方,可以喺度搜羅世界各地嘅美食。尋尋覓覓終於搵到你喇😚,三上水產每日都會喺日本新鮮空運食材。終於日本嘅味道又返嚟喇😂😂。刺身好新鮮,鮮甜有魚油既香味,海膽更加不得了,鮮味足夠,紫菜爽脆,包住一齊食真係好爽🥰。呢度三上水產雖然舖頭細細,但睇得出係有誠意俾最好嘅食材大家品嚐,可以一解相思之苦😆。
