聖誕節要請客,仲要請老闆食飯,不失禮就一定揀高級餐廳對於成日摔我嘅老闆,我應該請佢食貴定食平? 其實無得揀,因為佢係日本人咁只好揀貴價日本餐廳!總體黎講,呢間餐廳質素其實係高的因為無論天、瀧、極的價錢唔算貴,但食盡刺身、天婦羅同海膽!前菜先係個白徽貝,唔知係咪咁寫,係咁好甜,但唔會太"UN"!以為係黃蛋?No,海膽黎架! 老闆都覺得驚喜直接中路,中間好似食過碟紅衫魚!可能覺得紅衫魚好普遍吧?但個汁先誇張,用海膽煮嘅汁,味道好濃郁,又唔腥臭...正!埋堆尾個蕃薯!炸完之後,焦脆+白沙糖+白蘭地,好特別嘅組合,但又好鬼正就連水果都係日本哈蜜瓜!食完boss話幾好,下年有得加人工吧?
