同朋友聚會,我地最鍾意就係打邊爐,因為每個人都可以食自己鍾意食既野,而且一年四季都可以食,我地今次去左呢間用鴨做湯底既舖,坐底之後店員會拎火鍋醬料俾我地,簡簡單單有蔥、蒜、辣椒粒等四款醬料,之後揀湯底,店員主動同我地介紹佢地既招牌湯底-老鴨鍋,個鍋滾起之後店員同我地每人裝左一碗,話飲左湯先打邊爐,個湯好足料,好清唔油膩,鴨肉已經煲到骨肉分離,肉味濃郁,飲完湯就可以開始打邊爐啦!蟶子皇雖然食到尾有少少沙,但都幾大隻肥美,好新鮮。魚卜好新鮮,個個都脹卜卜,店員拎到出黎會幫我地剪開,膠質重,唔錯。炸魚皮好大碟,每塊都又大塊又脆,唔會太咸,好好味。鮮淮山每次打邊爐都會叫既鮮淮山,夠新鮮爽口。蟹柳棒呢度啲蟹柳唔係出面啲cheap cheap 假蟹柳,味道係好正常架!油麥菜個樣好靚仔,好新鮮,而且個份量都幾多。稻庭烏冬食到最後一定要食返個烏冬,佢地會提供埋"罩呢"俾你裝住個烏冬,烏冬吸收哂湯底既精華,好好味。優質蘆薈蜜我地叫左一渣蘆薈蜜,清清地唔太甜。值得一提既係,呢度係免加一架,而且呢度啲店員都幾細心,會經常過黎同我地加湯,而且又會主動幫我地撇走面嗰層油,值得一讃。
