Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞美心集團旗下酒樓做緊老點心的推廣,推出了一系列的老式點心。對於中國文化情有獨鐘的,當然希望試試。我們遙距取票等位,仍然等了約一小時才能入座。老點心的款式的確是多款,而且每款都有文字解說,這點心紙很貼心。先來的是做好不用蒸的鮮奶撻。顏色比蛋撻淡,Size是以前的大隻size。可能後生一輩都未必知道以前很多地方的蛋撻的size。現在已經變成了細了一個碼,甚至變成迷你版。鮮奶撻很滑,皮酥而香。咬下去幾乎爆開來的化學作用令人欲罷不能。整個撻的外圍是焗得很香脆的,但又看不到燶丁位,著實值得一讚。鮮奶打成的顏色均勻,味道不算濃,但卻很香甜。與一般瘋狂落沙糖至"死甜"的那種甜味不到,是一種鮮奶香+甜。之後來的是貌似鮮蝦粉果的米皮白水角。賣相一般,而且蒸爛了,比較可惜。內裡有荀粒,馬蹄及豬肉混合而成,口感爽口,皮薄而煙靭應該是最大賣點。本來想叫失傳豬油包,但豬油畢竟被標為不健康的,友人就提議這個白滑賣(或者叫白賣)。材料可能同鯪魚球接近,但白皮代替黃皮,魚肉代替豬肉的"燒賣",咬口勁彈滑,白皮竟然發揮一種"集中"的作用。之後不是老點的綿花雞。美心酒樓的綿花一向奇多,而且十分實淨。吸了雞油的綿花雖然

之後不是老點的綿花雞。美心酒樓的綿花一向奇多,而且十分實淨。吸了雞油的綿花雖然較油,但很好食。雞肉則已全熟,有點肉地,中規中矩。

最後叫了一個蟹肉伊麵。

個芡汁一流,蟹肉勁多,伊麵也十分之滑。難得是這碗份量絕對不少的伊麵,賣價不過$38。

服務就一般般,隔離商場同系的八月好好多。可能真係太多客人,太少伙記,所以做唔切。
