精美賣相,原個凍蕃茄下面浸住高湯啫哩,冰凍得泥酸酸甜甜咁,好開胃又清新!

🔅吉列蟹鉗
真係成隻蟹鉗,而且極鮮! 由於低溫炸,所以唔會炸到硬同乾,裡面既肉汁係鎖住左😋

🔅季節野菜配麵豉醬
呢個幾特別,有個小小地既碗裝住日本醬汁,然後下面有個小蠟燭燒住去保留暖暖的溫度,然後將唔同既菜料點醬食就得,好特別! 而且好新鮮爽脆!

🔅主食 - 吉列北海道豬柳、吉列佐賀豬扒、吉列免治豬肉球
日本師傅以低溫去炸,其實好考功夫,一來豬肉唔似牛肉羊肉咁可以半熟,係一定要全熟,但全熟得來又要炸到裡面保留肉質細嫩嫩滑係非常不容易! 見到炸出來既豬肉呈現好靚既淺粉紅色,但絕對唔係唔熟,一口咬落去,好香好軟腍,無過多調味,所以食到鮮味,而外面既炸粉採用白麵糊,好鬆脆而且完全唔厚,唔會話食到成口粉咁,真係很不錯!

🔅甜品 - 柚子雪芭
日本餐廳都流行以柚子雪芭作為甜品,柚子味好香好清新

呢度環境不大,位置唔多,全部座位都係圍繞住開放式廚房,不過由於主打炸物,所以座位與師傅之間會有間隔物擋住炸油彈上。裝修以淺木為主,樓底極高,高級既感覺,而且氣氛都好寧靜,切合返日本飲食文化,每人都專注在美食。店員都全部著上日式制服,服務貼心,一品嚐完每一道就會有店員極速整理,為下一道菜準備。坊間比較少以低溫炸豬肉來做主打,而且有日本師傅駐場,想試下新野,呢度都係個唔錯既選擇!
