To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午大約3時上去，本來聖誕午餐order time 已過，不過waiter 幫我地 check 下仲有無，好彩仲有頭盤係salad，不過不失main course 係 火雞片伴薯仔yorkshire pudding 火雞片:一般，不是太juicy，不過d汁可以親反起Yorkshire pudding：不是即制，比較凍，不過都OK最好最好係個火焰 chocolate cake，太過 amazing，火焰有成尺高，燒成2分鐘，食落好熱，天氣冷的日子下吃了熱乎乎甜品，真的太好。Waiter service 唔差，我地坐出面，環境可接受。聖誕午餐 ~ $199ALl day breakfast , 份量大，好食 ~$150
