聖誕節,當然要吃聖誕大餐啦🥳~除了吃西餐,日式廚師發辦,也是個不錯的選擇哦(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)! 今晚我就約姐姐去銅鑼灣的 🇯🇵重房 試試囉~餐廳在𝟐𝟓樓,高樓底兼全吧枱設計,客人匀可觀賞到廚師握壽司🍣,用餐感覺更好呀~☆ 霞•廚師發辦🥢$𝟏𝟑𝟖𝟎/位餐廳現在做推廣,用這個價錢就可以吃到$𝟏𝟓𝟖𝟎的料理,每兩位享用,更送一瓶清酒呢🍶!前菜有日本無花果及沖繩水雲,一甜一酸,好清新。刺身有𝟔款,有深海池魚🐟、帆立貝、剝皮魚、三文魚子香箱蟹🦀、沙甸魚卷及慢煮鮟鱇魚肝最中餅。我最愛香甜又多蟹膏的香箱蟹,及外脆內軟的鮟鱇魚肝😚~煮物有磯煮鮑魚,煮至軟腍,熬至入味,好吃呀~壽司有𝟓件,有赤貝、甜蝦、赤身夾大拖羅、鯖魚 及 海膽杯✨。當中以赤身夾大拖羅紫菜天婦羅最得我歡心🥰,紫菜香脆可口,特別又有口感。最後有超鮮甜的魚湯烏冬🍜,湯底呈奶白色,烏冬滑溜溜哦~甜品有提拉米蘇千層蛋糕🍰,咖啡香濃,蛋糕甜而不膩(≧▽≦)!
