Restaurant: The Wall Street Bar & Lounge

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日適逢聖誕節長假,梗係要約朋友去尖沙咀應吓節,影吓聖誕樹之餘又食個晚餐聚下舊。其實每逢呢一啲節日要搵一間性價比高嘅餐廳一啲都唔容易,尤其是係尖沙咀。今日搵咗呢一間西餐,入邊有好多唔同類型嘅餐點,仲要有好多條酒。卡邦尼扁意粉 佢呢一個卡邦尼材料用咗煙肉同芝士,味道好濃厚,加埋黑椒嘅味道,令到成個菜式好有口感。本身好怕意粉入面有啲洋蔥,因為本身自己麻麻哋陣味,佢呢一個就主打扁意粉。慢煮煙燻黑毛豬叉燒 好難得見到餐廳有慢煮叉燒,而且仲要係黑毛豬,於是就叫咗嚟試一試。叉燒嘅味道同我哋平時食嘅差不多,但係佢就選用咗比較少肥膏嘅部份,加埋佢嘅甜醬,味道相當唔錯。法式鵝肝薯仔千層 另外叫咗呢一個鵝肝小食,佢有三層,最面係忌廉、中層係厚切鵝肝、底層係薯仔千層。三層嘅味道都非常之夾,而且啱啱煎好新鮮熱辣辣咁上碟,非常之好味。

卡邦尼扁意粉
佢呢一個卡邦尼材料用咗煙肉同芝士,味道好濃厚,加埋黑椒嘅味道,令到成個菜式好有口感。本身好怕意粉入面有啲洋蔥,因為本身自己麻麻哋陣味,佢呢一個就主打扁意粉。
