聖誕節當然想食火雞,但太大隻,根本食唔晒。見到呢間推出咗香茅檸檬葉焗越南農場少女雞,我就好想試。製作需時,要30分鐘到。焗完後,師傅會再撒上秘製香料,令到隻雞更香更有特別。佢仲會即時幫我地剪開隻雞,令我地食得方便啲!頓時發現原來隻係內面、底部都有香茅,難怪可以咁入味!雞肉非常嫩,就算雞胸肉都不會好鞋!佢仲有沙律、醬汁(似青檸汁)提供,一齊食又有另一種味道!等待焗雞的時候,點了街頭小食拼盤小嚼一翻。都幾豐富,有豬肉春卷、柑橘汁雞翼、香茅牛肉串、甘蔗蝦串、迷你春卷,全部都係餐廳自家製作。其中最特別係香茅牛肉串,改用香茅代替竹籤,好有創意!青檸桔仔水果綠我自己比較喜歡喝水果茶,所以揀了呢杯清新refreshing嘅特飲。聖誕節仲推出不少festive collection,大家都可以一試法式布雷烏龍奶茶,我見好多人都有點。

青檸桔仔水果綠
我自己比較喜歡喝水果茶,所以揀了呢杯清新refreshing嘅特飲。聖誕節仲推出不少festive collection,大家都可以一試法式布雷烏龍奶茶,我見好多人都有點。
