To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我對宜家餐廳無論管理模式、食物質素、價格定位，都有很高評價。給予低評價只針對今次中伏，日後還是會再來。年初新春限定花膠伊麵，雖是中式菜式，也做得有板有眼。想不到聖誕限定卻中伏。兩片蜜糖火腿，只可以說是煮得很熟的肉片。伴碟的西蘭花超熟，椰菜花稍好一點。菠蘿是罐頭貨，算是整碟最好的。另外加了龍蝦濃湯，也明白 $13 不能有高要求，但只有一個「鹹」字。
