To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一大班人食飯,想搵一個地方可以傾計,可以坐得耐,又希望係圓枱讓大家可以close d中菜係最好既選擇可能人多,我地被安排坐入房內,房內只有兩枱客,所以地方好闊落拼盤四款拼盤包括四喜烤麩,鎮江餚肉,花雕醉雞,燈影牛肉賣相幾精緻,餚肉較細舊,食落未有滿足感覺醉雞的花雕味濃,但雞肉上的毛未清理乾淨,感覺有點嘔心燈影牛肉名字特別,薄薄的一片的牛肉乾,咬落脆口,但比較乾,味道麻麻烤麩味道亦是一般蟹粉鍋粑鍋粑超級脆身,配上蟹粉一齊食味道不錯蟹粉與蟹肉比例較少,所以蟹肉佔了大部分蟹粉帶子豆苗帶子size比較細,但幾爽口,尚算新鮮,豆苗亦幾嫩蟹粉味道並不突出,但把豆曲沾了蟹粉一起食,令菜式變得不平凡燻魚未知正宗上海燻魚是否應該脆身,過往食過既都是腍身的燻魚而這裡的燻魚是脆身,似是炸過,感覺怪怪地火腿津白津白幾嫩,因為怕火腿太咸,所以沒有吃奶皇窩餅細細件,唔太甜,入面既奶皇份量若可再多一點會更好但作為飯後甜品係唔錯既
