公司長官退休,大家當然出心同佢食飯,晚上訂咗呢度,地點唔難搵,地方唔大,店內有廳房,我哋訂咗間大房,放到3圍枱,中菜酒樓格局,啲酒紅色格套幾娘!因為唔係我訂位,我亦唔知菜單!睇番店家嘅Openrice,我哋食嘅應該係「招牌套餐」生拆蟹肉扒金山勾翅:翅一梳梳細細的都爽口,湯底濃香幾滑!蟹肉正常(不過最好唔好食翅,店家都可以用燉湯代替)金銀蒜粉絲蒜扇貝:扇貝肉正常,蒜味幾香唔辣,粉絲頗油膩,因為扇貝嘅汁不多,甜豉油唔夠(或掛唔到在殼內!ok天下第一雞:脆皮雞面有芝麻,皮幾脆,肉正常,點甜醬油幾好!花雕蛋白蒸蟹:賣相豪華,蛋白索晒酒味,味道略苦,蟹身入味,可能有蟹殼保護,所以無苦味,好味!原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味:鮑魚入味,花膠片滑溜,冬菇入味,不過配最唔喜歡嘅小棠菜,招牌三式蝦:熱氣之選,黃金蝦、椒鹽蝦、炸蝦丸,食咗黃金蝦,薄薄鹹蛋黃醬包裹蝦身,蝦肉唔老鹹香好味,蝦丸外脆又彈牙,入面有流心芝士餡!好味!清蒸游水海斑:唔大條,蒸得離骨唔老,加上蔥絲甜豉油,好味瑤柱扒時蔬:菜心粗身唔老爽脆,瑤柱獻汁薄薄的,唔會太鹹!幾清爽飄香炒飯:炒飯色水靚,飯粒炒得粒粒分明,材料多,好多叉燒粒,蔥粒同蛋,蛋包裹飯

芒果布甸:做成鯉魚型態,布甸嫩滑,加咗大量花奶(因為我唔食花奶,如果另上會更好)布甸唔太甜,芒果味幾濃,有芒果肉,幾好!

食物好味,店員出入幫手清碟上菜,好勤快,又幫我哋排位影大合照!好幫手!
