今晚同朋友到尖沙咀聚點開餐,點小菜,2個人點左4個菜,起初都念住食⑤曬,但係無辦法因為太多款小菜可以選擇,都系好惹味,所以決定左4個餸,呢個招牌菜–聚香雞,雞肉好嫩滑,有雞味,和小小酒味,雞皮一D都唔肥,一齊食勁滑,距有3個醬,姜蓉(有薑蓉加蔥,配搭聚香雞食可以調出雞嘅鮮味),特製辣醬(有小小辣嘅豆瓣醬,特製嘅好花心思,甜甜地辣辣地好惹味),沙姜醬(一直都系白切雞嘅最佳拍檔,沙沙果咸咸地味道,好正),一款嫩雞,有3個口味食法,大廚果然費盡心思,呢個我已經俾距十個like乾扁四季豆,四季豆加埋肉鬆一齊食不單豐富左口感,而且味道好惹味,好夠鑊氣,小小辣,四季豆好有嚼頭,豆瓣醬味入曬,送飯一流。燒汁野菌牛柳粒,可以講我最愛,距嘅配菜青椒粒,茄瓜粒,洋蔥粒,全部入曬燒汁味道,好入味,而且一食就食到好夠鍋氣夠火候,牛柳好嫩滑,好有嚼頭,好有牛味,甜甜地,燒汁味入曬去,大廚真係好掂,呢個餸送飯一流老火青紅蘿蔔排骨湯,湯好濃,材料好足,熬出黎湯好甜,好有家嘅老火湯嘅感覺,無得頂吖呢個特別啦,川椒辣子雞,大廚將雞炸到脫曬水,好脆,辣辣鹹鹹地,有蒜蓉味,四川風味,掂吖
