To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太開心,講左好耐終於一試添好運了!事源男友夜晚要響深水埗踢波,順理成章,就去深水埗開飯啦!因為唔太常去深水埗,發現呢一帶多左唔少新食肆,間間試曬都有排試呀!添好運位處於福榮街街頭,地鐵站行去都有一段路。去到見到都有十個八個人響門口等,心諗可能都要等一陣先有位,點知可以直入。發現坐四周咩國家既人都有,果然係遊客必食,外國人,日本人,唔少得有中國人同香港人。一開波唔駛講,梗係要嗌呢個馳名既酥皮叉燒包,真係好好味!外皮有少少似平時麵包舖食開既鮮奶球,但佢呢個皮係更酥化,配埋入面既叉燒餡,無得頂!下次要一人食三個!傳統既叉燒包拜拜啦!我唔會再食你!鳳爪排骨飯,鳳爪幾好味,但排骨就麻麻,略嫌肥左啲。豬潤腸。。麻麻,有啲腥,可能加少少辣油食會好啲。呢個鳳爪濃味過鳳爪排骨飯上面啲鳳爪,好味!!豬潤燒賣,有啲失望,淨係睇到個賣相都唔吸引,食落味道亦麻麻,似係一舊蝦膠同一塊豬潤放埋一齊咁。馬拉糕係我至愛,當然必嗌。係古法既味道! 如果佢係用籠仔裝就更有風味!圓形細細籠咁。
