To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛好朋友小型婚宴設於大班樓,我就這樣獻出第一次去大班樓 當晚菜式如下:雞油花雕蒸大花蟹(約14兩):就當晚菜式, 個人認為雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉係 "必食" !! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻平日住市區嘅我,去街市都未必買到如此大花蟹(約14兩)!因為一般批發商會將靚海鮮交給餐廳/酒樓,所以看到此道菜,我是十分驚喜! 煙燻青邊鮑:如不是婚宴需以鮑魚/魚翅等菜色作宴客較為得體,個人不建議用青邊鮑作煙燻烹調。味道會減弱青邊鮑本身嘅鮮甜,令材料失真,確實可惜!香煎百花雞件配魚露:食到咁上下飽,幸好來一些精緻嘅食品,而且跟了一些酸薑來過度剛剛咁多款菜式,帶來之飽肚感。而且細細件,打破平時食炸子雞嘅一貫習慣長方形嘅雞肉,配以蝦肉釀製。表皮則保留雞嘅脆皮,不用拆肉之下,真的相當方便女士食用!今次講住咁多先! 因為其他菜式我沒有刻意影相,等我再次去光顧大班樓嘅時候,會再為大家再寫食評。

煙燻青邊鮑:

如不是婚宴需以鮑魚/魚翅等菜色作宴客較為得體,個人不建議用青邊鮑作煙燻烹調。味道會減弱青邊鮑本身嘅鮮甜,令材料失真,確實可惜!
