To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前10月個時想食美中鴨子 但係7點好多人入唔到 決定2018 年完結之前一定要食到 個日4點幾去到海港城 發現美中鴨子已經改名左城中鴨子 聞聞職員話5點開始晚市 滿人就開始派飛 周圍行下 到5點再到鴨子 決定食個early dinner🤟🏻烤北京填鴨 半隻 $180到呢到梗係要試下佢地嘅鴨 不過可能因為每檯都叫 等左好耐先到 連隔離遲過我地叫嘅人都到左 我地都未到😕😕 首先佢d 肉好有鴨味 燒得好香 無咩肥 👍🏻唯一唔好就係d 肉同鴨皮分開 而且切得有d 大有d 細 大個d 好難先包到 😕而d鴨皮就好脆 但係應該可以再燒耐dd 因為d 肥膏味好重 食得多都好膩🤭佢個鴨餅感覺上就無咩麵粉嘅感覺 好薄 暖暖地包住鴨肉好食🤪土雞湯小雲吞 $68土雞湯好飲 比起小雲吞更吸引我 🤪雲吞就一般啦 不過份量好充足北京韭黃肉絲炒拉麵 $118本身以為係炸左嘅拉麵配肉絲 黎到就係同上海粗炒差不多😟就係淡味一d 我就加左小小豆瓣醬撈埋一齊食 咁就好食好多👍🏻而佢每一檯都會有一碟前菜 小小麻辣咁 好開胃😚
