To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係隔離睇完市集，順便過黎食蘇媽。朋友介紹，佢話食過好好食。因為叫左肉骨茶，所以每人送左一碗肉骨茶，店員話仲可以任斟。一飲落去，好濃香，好好飲。不過最後食到好飽，都冇添飲。砂煲老鼠粉，一送上黎仲出緊煙，最鐘意食熱辣辣既野，好有鑊氣，應該係炒完再上砂煲。老鼠粉好足料，啖啖都有唔同既野入口，口感豐富。棒棒骨肉骨茶，呢個肉骨茶味道同佢開頭送既唔同味道，呢個仲香，可能因為加埋肉味，所以更好飲。個骨都好滑，好易咬。椰香咖央多士，一送上枱，呀姐話呢個要趁熱食。所以我地都事不宜遲，即刻食舊先。真係好食，又脆同好香既咖央味，黎既朋友值得叫番碟黎試下。椰汁班蘭冰，我地抱住會中伏既心態叫，點知黎到又好飲wor。好香既班蘭味，不過甜左d，唔知有冇小甜簡，如果有既話，下次叫會試小甜。
