光顧留家廚房,一定要有準備,由於全部都係心機菜,所以訂位嘅時候已經訂埋菜式。鎮店之寶留家煙燻雞,據稱用足 100 日大嘅靚雞先以鹵汁浸熟,再用片糖,甘蔗同乾玫瑰花蕾煙燻而成,平時最鍾意食煙燻食物嘅我當然覺得勁正,一放入口就聞到朕煙燻香味🤤。另一樣我覺得好好食嘅係留家叉燒,據稱係採用較為罕有嘅梅頭咀,並以廖孖記醬料醃製,即叫即燒,肥瘦均勻,蜜汁香甜肉味濃,仲有我最鍾意嘅燶邊,💯分。蝦子柚皮平時好少食,今次一食又係愛上,兩大塊柚皮炆得好腍,差啲入口即溶,據聞係用金華火腿鮮雞湯炆,難怪咁入味;芡汁口感偏稠,入面有我最鍾意嘅蝦籽,好正。冬瓜盅又係我嘅至愛,用料豐富,湯汁鮮甜,飲一碗其實唔係好夠喉😂。梅菜蒸芥膽又係第一次食,重點係鹹香嘅梅菜,芥膽反而變咗配角。最後係製作勁需時嘅太史戈渣,呢個原本係北京街頭小吃,主要以上湯,雞蛋同粟粉製成,食落味道有啲似玉子豆腐,幾特別,但唔算得上好好食。值得一提係呢度嘅白飯,同伴話係用好貴嘅日本電飯煲煮,特別好味,我唔係飯控,其實唔太食得出個分別😂。
