To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次同朋友聚會嚟到蘇媽食馬拉菜～店內裝修好有馬來西亞特色，懷舊感覺～～菜式選擇非常多，每樣食啲叫到成枱野食～玻璃魷魚配通菜，鮮嫩通菜配上爽彈魷魚～椰香咖央多士，幾脆口，重椰香味～百吉爹肉骨茶，一字骨，香濃嘅藥材味，一字骨非常軟腍，點黑醬油好食，仲加配咗油炸鬼可以浸湯食，可以免費加湯，非常暖胃～叫咗蜜糖燒雞翼同馬拉沙嗲串燒，燒得唔錯，幾有風味～～辣死你嗎配烤雞髀，啖啖肉大雞髀，非常抵食！砂煲老鼠粉，幾有鑊氣，炒得香口，豐富口感！食到超飽，滿足嘅一餐～
