To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚一家四口去一號九龍稻香食宵夜餐,去到差唔多8:30pm,剛好可以宵夜$1羊腩煲,我地坐低話食小菜,問職員就講話寫紙的小菜半價,我哋仲以為自己聽錯再問多次,職員都話寫紙的小菜半價,結果埋單時,收錢的職員就講話小菜從冇半價,只有火鍋半價⋯⋯嬲。其實冇半價都無所謂,我同父母去食都唔係食得多,三個氣鍋湯,一個羊腩煲,二個小菜,一煲糯米飯,講真食物質素還可除咗(羊腩煲外)地方環境都舒服嘅,但係你唔好誤導消費者,搞到食完唔開心咁走!
