To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 職員安排超級差，就算你book咗位都唔會俾你有位坐

千祈唔好去呢間餐廳，俾錢買難受，職員安排混亂，搞到我被人打尖，被逼坐1張連餸都放唔落嘅細檯是日同屋企人共5人食晚餐，我係預先用電話book咗位，當日準時嚟到，同職員講到咗貴姓book咗幾位。當日亦都有好多walk in排隊等咗好耐嘅客人，本來職員見到有張檯已經準備食完，拿拿聲執檯話安排緊我入座，但其中一個現場排隊嘅男人A即刻大聲講話佢等咗好耐佢要坐先，然後職員就即刻俾左張6人檯佢，好唔公平，咁請問電話book位有咩意義？大聲被人兇下就可以打尖？唔止結果搞到我要再等耐D, 同埋重點係佢俾咗4人檯我（我有5個人，男人A得4個人就坐左張闊落嘅6人檯）張檯係逼到d餸都放唔落，全家要連碗同碟都放唔到，用餐體驗好差，我唔理解，點解我book咗位，但個職員被A男人兇一兇，就即刻俾位佢，呢個餐廳安排非常有問題，不如你唔好開放電話booking啦，全walk in 算如果想用餐體驗愉快的話，千祈唔好去呢間！！！
