To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午,本人排隊買腸粉,我向職員表示外賣6條腸粉。職員把已剪好6/7段短腸粉放入包裝紙內,其後只剪多完整2條腸粉便當作6條,我查問這位肥胖新面孔的職員已是6條完整腸粉,她粗魯的回應已是6條腸粉,我回應我幫襯開唔係咁少的,加上剛才那6/7段腸粉已當作4條完整腸粉有欺騙顧客之嫌,本人十分氣憤😡,幫襯了這店腸粉咁多年,第一次遇到這樣待客的手法,令人感到十分不滿,並決意以後不再幫襯😤😤😤
