To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細細個睇獎門人講獎品,一定出現:加太賀日式料理花之戀壽司,總值·.·如今,獎門人播完了,小弟卻多年後首次品嚐《加太賀》,不如預期被安排到和式餐室用饍,𥱊地而坐雖有私人空間,但冷氣不夠,相對較焗。珍味龍蝦沙律龍蝦肉都頗多,底層主要是青瓜、小蕃茄和中華沙律伴碟,食材都幾新鮮北海道長腳蟹炒飯炒飯中心佈滿魚杍,頗具口味。長腳蟹肉份量足夠,且鮮甜,配上菌類,都炒得幾有鍋氣天外天壽司拼盤配搭有點奇特,包括腐皮蛋卷、蟹棒、煙鴨胸、龍蝦沙律(又有?)、三文魚壽司。相對地,壽司較失色,始終三文魚味道不太新鮮,鴨胸又較煙韌但腐皮卷都可以一戰脆口豚肉炒野菜這道菜材料豐富,腰果、野菜、洋蔥、菌類、盧荀、蝦乾數量,遠高於豚肉但這個配搭,如果撈飯,一定夠飽肚。牛肉炒烏冬(小)雖是小碟,但份量與大碟無分別。剛上菜時,木魚還熱烈地擺動看起上來都幾似炒野菜,事實上是醬油過多,略嫌咸味重。另外,烏冬較幼身,都頗彈牙牛肉則一絲絲,份量不太多。海鮮燒餅又是澱粉質,餅底較厚,相對似Pizza。又是木魚、元貝、蝦等材料,老實講有點膩
