To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 六點前未到食飯人潮 兩個唔駛等就可以直入一坐低就為我地遞上菜牌 轉頭就選了小籠包, 擔擔麵, 湯年糕及蘿蔔絲酥餅不過這店跟其他分別有個分別 就是不會主動送上茶水 當然要茶的是要茶錢的 不過服務生沒有跟我提過 就連附近的幾台也沒有 這處可以細心提點客人 (不過也明白有些人被提點會有被看扁的感覺)擔擔面跟外面分店的辣 面條跟湯頭也看到有辣椒乾小籠包保持水準湯年糕來的時候還以為是高湯煮菜 因為年糕都被淹沒在碗底 可能菜是分開煮的吧蘿蔔絲酥餅做得很酥 絕對沒有一處是硬/脆塊 蘿蔔絲做得清淡 不知是否給湯年糕的高湯味道蓋過了追加一個豆沙鍋餅 不一會就送上熱辣的 除了豆沙左右不大平均外也沒有甚麼 餅皮是外脆內軟是鮮做的吧還沒到七點就吃飽飽 如果不是外面 已經大排長龍 可想多坐一會 因為機場這個位置比較開揚 感覺會坐得寛一點
