To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經在沙田宜家家居食過餐廳的肉丸，記憶中還記得當時肉丸的味道～肉丸的質感較結實有彈性、口感不錯👍粒粒充滿了濃郁的肉味而且肉汁豐富，還有濃濃的醬汁作配搭，值得令人回味無窮😋自荃灣開分店後就方便得多了，某日放假與家人一同去湊熱鬧，人流都幾多，傢具價格相當大眾化！當離開時經過餐廳令我想起有段時間無試過的肉丸，於是便排隊買來嚐嚐是否記憶中的味道！我買了$12有5粒過口癮，當試了一口後就覺得其味道與之前的很大差別～肉質較淋無彈性、醬汁的味道較淡⋯真令我感到失望！
