To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了照燒雞、生薑燒猪肉便當，一個小長方盒內的雞肉有點零亂，賣相不好，已經扣分。雞和猪都稍乾，有硬的感覺，要用些力去咀嚼，努力吞嚥下去。兩款肉都只有好甜的味道。平舖在肉下面的飯的厚度少於0.5cm,真的每啖飯都有肉，男士如點這個便當，一定唔夠飽。77元係超唔抵，冇下次。離開時跟店員反映了意見，他只是笑，一個字都沒有說，好像是事不關己，所以無動於衷，我只好說你完全不作聲，那麼我就只好在OpenRice表達我的意見了。
