To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天晚上十時多經過,身邊朋友說這間是享負盛名的燒臘店,雖然本人不喜燒臘,但既然朋友想吃而我又不餓,那就進店一試吧~其實一進門見到肉枱上幾乎沒什麼掛出來,真有些擔心。不過坐下了阿姐也沒說有什麼已經賣光,也就照樣點菜了。朋友叫了一碟燒肉飯,三十元~貪吃吃了朋友一塊燒肉,皮脆肉嫩,咸香中有肉汁,單吃會太咸,配飯則剛剛好。連我這個最不喜歡吃燒肉的人都覺得好吃。特別是快關門的時間仍然有如此水準,真難得。可惜飯不熱(微溫),已經多汁了仍然是乾,害我的朋友因為飯太乾而吃剩了飯。豉油汁也真的沒什麼特別。說貴是真的貴,單併竟然要三十元。間中吃一下是可以接受的。另外,這店的衛生環境真的很差,穿球鞋的我一進門,就已經要扶著桌椅才敢前進!地面實在太油太滑!如果是我自己去吃,我一踏進店面就一定離開去別間了!填肚事小,滑倒受傷事大!店主呀店主,你既然有心機去燒出如此美味有炭香的燒肉,用些金寶綠水去把地拖一拖也不是這麼難吧?一間連店面都這般骯髒的店,令食客對你的食物衛生也有所懷疑呀。
