今日星期日,一行三人,專登揸車去深井,就係為咗呢一間陳記燒鵝,無辦法啦,邊個叫佢啲燒鵝咁出名,所以我哋專登過嚟食,好彩深井泊車都夠晒方便。我哋一坐低,就已經叫咗半隻燒鵝,睇得出燒鵝脹卜卜,熱辣辣,果然係新鮮出爐啊,唔怪得知,台台都叫返碟笑我啦,雖然我哋叫半隻,但係隻燒鵝好好肉架,絕對稱得上係皮脆肉厚啊。而且佢嘅肉一啲都唔乾,依然保留左鵝嘅肉汁,鎖住喺裏面,每咬一啖,肉汁就會滲透口內每一個細胞。之後我哋叫咗一條海斑,夠晒大條啊,食魚最緊要係咩?就梗係新鮮啦,佢除咗新鮮,最緊要嘅係師傅掌握蒸佢嘅時間掌握得好好。一出嚟,睇啲魚肉就已經知道條魚又新鮮,火候又夠,嗱嗱臨,淋啲豉油落去,放落口,果然係班呀,魚肉脆身,魚嘅鮮味,隨即由來,果然夠正。見佢蒜蓉蒸蟶子皇,而家做緊推廣 ,就梗係要試吓啦😬一上枱,咦?數一數,俾咗六隻我哋呀,仲要隻隻都大大隻,果然係冇花冇假,係聖子王嚟㗎,上面鋪着蒜頭,調味料唔需要太多,因為海鮮,本身就已經係要食鮮味。蟶子王入口爽脆,厚肉,最緊要嘅係廚師將佢洗得好乾淨,一啲沙都冇,又甘又甜,爽口彈牙,真係食慢啲都俾人食晒啦。今日係假期,真係好多人等位架,我哋都等左幾個字,下次

今日係假期,真係好多人等位架,我哋都等左幾個字,下次真係要醒啲啦,一早打電話嚟訂定枱,見到好多客人,都同經理有傾有講,一睇就知道個個都係熟客,呢度除咗食一份海鮮嘅鮮味,燒鵝嘅鵝味,最緊要嘅係仲有一份人情味。
