To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上6:30左右,趁無乜人排隊緊係要試試牛角品牌副線!餐牌上的丼款式唔算多,但個個都好似好吸引!睇相d肉多到呢~簡直係食肉獸至愛,首先到Counter點餐,略嫌點餐程序有點麻煩!嘩~~得左5分鐘左右就有得食啦!同餐牌上面個樣差唔多,睇見就流晒口水🤤豚肉係選用丹麥豚肉眼,肉質軟腍不韌,肉厚度適中不薄,豚肉表面燒至微脆香不會過晒火。肉汁夠晒惹味!米飯乾濕恰到好處!再篤穿流心蛋撈混一齊食堅正!份量夠晒大份環境方面,始終係商場內,有一定的整潔度!
