To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天和几个同事下班后去pierside 吃晚餐。点的大多是肉类菜,可能是因为大家比较饿了吧。我们要了烤牛骨肉, 炸鸡翅,炒鱿鱼,还有蘑菇。我们都喜欢吃那个炸鸡翅,结果一盘没够,有点了两盘。烤牛骨肉也很诱人,店长给我们推荐的。服务员帮我们切好的肉,有干一些的和油一些的。 吃起来口感很好。炒鱿鱼做的野蛮好吃。虽然青菜点的少了些,但是因为大家吃了这么多, 都已经饱了,所以觉得挺满意的。总体来说不错的。下次去要尝一下菜做得如何啦。
