To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我唔係素食者,不過我每餐都要食菜。今日路過大坑見到佢,望望個餐牌,發覺又好似要餐咁,又唔係好齋。咁就入去試試,食評都無睇。食落都唔錯,味道同傳統既西餐一樣。分別在無肉,食到疏菜既甜味。同埋佢主張唔落蒽蒜,令味道更加清。對於食慣肉既人黎講可能會覺得無乜味。但可以食返食味既味道,唔會比調味料蓋過所有食味既原味。意粉個煙un度差小小。整體感覺唔錯。間唔中食下依啲餐,身體都健康啲。個豆腐湯都幾好飲。沙津係有杧果、番石榴絲。
