說起蘇媽,我由它只有深水涉一家的時候便光顧,很喜歡這裡肉骨茶的味道和咖央多士。店內裝修充滿馬來西亞特色,好像去了南洋一樣~檳城福建蝦麵(油麵) - $62 蝦湯湯頭好鮮味,帶點微辣,有香濃的蝦味,卻沒有油膩感;有原隻鮮蝦新鮮結實、五花腩層次分明好鬆化;還有魚片、半邊雞蛋、通菜和芽菜;油麵好掛湯汁。檳城白咖哩麵(油麵) - $58 湯頭的咖哩味不算濃,反倒是椰香味較重,好清香;有很多粒彈牙的鮮蝦仁、鮮味的白魚蛋和滑嫩清甜的豬紅;還有豆角、芽菜和半邊蛋;旁邊紅通通的是特色參巴醬略為辛辣,可自行控制份量拌勻。豬手仔百吉爹肉骨茶 - $52肉骨茶絕對是必點的,店家的馬拉秘方用了二十多款藥材長時間熬製,藥材香特別濃郁;店員先按人頭送上肉骨茶淨湯;而豬手仔可沾上蒜蓉、辣椒、黑豉油和頭抽組成的特色醬汁,豬手好軟腍,充滿膠質感;有需要可再添飲熱湯。椰香咖央多士 - $32同樣必點的多士,夾著厚厚的咖央充滿椰香味,還烘得非常酥脆。
