To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蘇媽呢個名,相信大家冇食過都聽過,每次口痕想食肉骨茶既時候,我都會自己去蘇媽報度架!今次星期日去到,照舊係有live music 既環節。坐底發現佢地有新菜式可試呀!首先點左《豬腳彎肉骨茶》先,侍應會先端上一碗熱騰騰的肉骨茶湯比我地飲,另外再上一碗溫既豬腳肉骨茶,原因係唔想熱湯令豬肉變鞋,對食物真的很講究! 這湯頭很鮮甜,微微的藥材味唔會太重,豬腳份量亦不少,滿滿的骨膠原🤍《椰香唔咖央多士》係簡單既美食,脆口嘅麵包入面塗抹咗厚厚嘅醬,很難會有人不愛這小食吧🤍今次選既新品係《高佬麪配雞扒》,高佬即係撈麪咁解,將偏辣醬汁撈埋蛋黃、青瓜、花生、乾魚仔,口味濃郁。雞扒大塊,塊皮煎到金黃色又香口 🍗作為榴槤控的我今次叫左杯《榴槤似水》,飲品如其名,係榴槤水飲品,我都係鐘意偏向奶啲既榴槤甜品多啲
