To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日無乜新意,特然想起星光行,有海景酒樓,裝修咗幾年都無來,舊變新。 以前設計濃厚中式味,現在就簡约含蓄,空間感濶,雖然樓底矮,人聲不嘈雜,喜歡門前春回大地刺繡,等位時看多幾眼。 先來例牌前菜,麻油青瓜毛豆雲耳咸酸菜豆卜脆,有些店有花椒油,或烚花生,必食好食,美心客的至愛。 肉鬆芝麻大餅$58,平時食無肉鬆(沙田店無),外皮香脆富芝麻味,粉肉軟绵,好像芝麻味厚多士,夾香脆肉鬆有味不咸,平淡中帶點火花,層次從脆香,粉軟綿,到肉脆香,一起食就滋味。 小籠包$48,好燙,汁與肉64比,肉質幼滑,汁不油膩,鮮味,外皮比一般的略靱少少,皮質不同,不會容易穿,口感也不錯。 墨汁葱油伴麵$56,懷疑以此價有墨魚汁,侍應話係,西餐墨魚麵過百錢,我本人喜歡葱油,每次差不多要點,葱要豬油爆炒先香,今次太健康,只灑生葱花上面,墨魚味不重,多健康油,麵份量多,麵質彈爽,以此價抵食。 悠閒美食一頓,伴着窗外明媚風光,上天恩賜!
