To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肚仔好滿足 人情味十足

嘩，今日嘅點心食得我好滿足🤤！先講講嗰個流心黃金西多士，切開嘅時候啲流心鹼蛋黃啱啱好咁溢出來，雖然唔似瀑布咁澎湃，但係嗰份微濃嘅鹹香真係撩撥到味蕾，好夾西多士炸得香脆。再嚟個蝦多士，厚身飽滿得滯，咬落去脆聲四溢，蝦肉彈牙鮮甜，簡直係滿足感十足～咬一口，感覺自己都差唔多變咗做蝦！最後嗰個黑松露灌湯餃就更加唔使講，一啖灌湯餃嘅大粒，入口即溶，黑松露嘅香味好自然，濃郁得啱啱好，一碗湯入去仲有咁多飽滿嘅餃子，真係話咁易，滿分！總之呢個體驗係咁開心啲米芝蓮星級食店都未必可以比得上啲，真心抵食，肚仔好滿足啊！下次再嚟，我一定要帶多啲人嚟嘆，真係正！🍤🍵🥢
