鮮冬菇,燒到全乾散發烤菌獨特香氣,半爽半韌濃縮菇味!豬頸肉,油潤爽彈,甘甜肉脂滋養我的味蕾!煙鴨胸,本身已經熟,再燒使鴨油溢出立立令,鴨皮爽脆,鴨肉似足香腸味。腐皮,脆卜卜有著非常原始的黃豆味,如果搽蜜糖同烤,有點似麥芽糖梳打餅。

龍蝦丸,十分彈牙,魚肉蟹柳的味道。原條茄子,耐心燒到完全軟化再劏開落蒜蓉豉油,濕潤熱辣辣綿綿一梳梳捲起品嚐,超級誘惑的味道!青椒,爽爽帶汁香甜。番茄,濃烈甜酸鮮茄味,水潤醒神。脆肉瓜,脆口清甜。鯖花魚,天生魚味特濃連調味都不用,結實質地啖啖肉,還有微脆魚皮點綴,無得頂!

沙白蜆煲,比花蜆更便宜的品種,不過鮮味就不相伯仲。飽滿肥嘟嘟,彈彈嚥韌的蜆肉,每啖都係鮮甜帶海水咸香。魷魚翼、魷魚鬚,雪味略重就沒什麼味道,嚥韌的肉質。雞扒,嫩嫩飽滿,鳳脂甘香配厚彈雞肉,好好味啊!牛西冷,淡淡然牛味,普通貨色。腸仔,每次燒烤都係必食既前奏,先來兩三條熱熱身,焦香腸皮包著嫩肉,穩陣的實力使人回味。雞腎,細細粒難得有鮮味,爽脆味甜!

南瓜,硬掘掘要加水烤非常長時間先會變軟,不過我一向對南瓜麻麻地。雞髀菇,片得太薄不太食到其爽爽質感,食得到菇甜味,滿意合格。豆角,爽脆豆甜。菠蘿,燒到熱烘烘試試,都係酸酸硬硬的。菜芯,真係幾難燒,好采任務完美地完成!爽甜鮮嫩有烤菜香氣。大啡菇,微彈菇味強烈可口。

香蕉,終極甜品!燒到全黑,蕉肉全腍就可以起菜加工。淋上朱古力醬,香蕉非常鮮甜,熱辣辣真係幾好食喎!
