To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工趕住上堂，係中環食碗麵。湯底可選又辣又惹味既紅湯，或者唔辣既白湯。套餐既組合可選一款麵、小食、飲品同埋甜品。蒜泥青瓜切粒既青瓜幾清脆爽口，蒜泥味唔算好濃，作為冷盤都幾唔錯。瘋狂肥腸面揀左唔辣既白湯，湯底味道濃而不膩，連埋啲蔥粒一齊食就更好。豬大腸用川式手法處理，側面切開再清洗乾淨，食落非常入味。而麵條亦幾彈牙，整體唔錯。成都老冰粉冰粉可以解辣，今餐無食辣就當甜品咁食😋上面有山渣、提子乾、花生等配料，口感豐富。烏梅汁酸酸地幾開胃醒腦。
