在我中學的年代,有好些餐廳,夜場,名牌子的名字,絕對是遙不可及聽到都打冷震,,如Giorgio Armani,勞力士,大富豪,中國城,水車屋,友和日本料理,同楊貫一"阿一鮑魚"的富臨飯店.就算到了今日,還不捨得在富臨來一次豪吃,現今社會現像大逆轉,似乎只得大陸自由小農暴發戶,才會花十萬八萬吃鮑魚.而我,只能在周日的下午,來到阿一的分支"阿一海景飯店",對住海景吃點心.在i Square的二十九樓,同半島Felix差不多同一水平線.維港景一覽無遺.但是日有煙霞,又是珠三角吹來的烏氣.果然社會生態同自然生態一樣,已被大陸化.由高處鳥瞰下去,左面重慶的殘舊,顯得身處二十九樓的阿一,有點點一念天堂,一念地獄之感.飯店面積不及樓下的Ambosia,同江順的大,皆因隔離的日本料理瓜分了一半.環境優雅,中午十二點半來到,茶客只有數檯.尚算清靜.茶壺同前文天寶閣食評一樣,同是連同火爐上.點心選擇並不多,連腸粉也沒有,亦沒有一些懷舊膽固醇萬歲的點心,如鵪春蛋燒賣等等.貴精不貴多,價格方面最平由三十幾起.最貴的魚翅灌湯餃,要成一百六十幾一隻.環保之仕見到一定瓜瓜嘈,對那些沒有文化的小農暴發戶,死多幾條鯊魚

點心上桌速度很快,先來個鮑魚粒酥,老實說鮑魚粒不多,但外層酥皮的確鬆化,而且帶有油香.熱辣辣吃是必然定律,否則冷卻之後再翻熱,食味差得遠矣.咸水角是此店其中一味推介點心,外表平平無奇,實際上充滿內涵,香脆鬆化帶點軟糯的外表,包著咸香有致的餡料,當然比外面大多酒家做得好.

蝦餃的澄皮晶瑩,滑而不粘,餡料的蝦肉,鮮甜爽口,水準之作.吃不起鮑魚,也要扯衫尾來沾一點鮑汁,鮑汁鵝掌夠入味,面對濃甜深厚的鮑汁,真想即刻來個伊麵為伴.不過你想用來撈飯,也無不可,最緊要自己喜歡,對自己有信心,何來怕惹來口痕友之閒言?我吃棉花雞的目光,從來是對著魚肚,軟綿綿的魚肚索了汁,比雞肉更加好吃.

女友要吃得清淡,所以為她點了蟲草花素餃,賣相精美,開口位上加了些蟲草花碎作點綴,包著的木耳,蘿蔔粒,爽口鮮甜,缺點是外皮很黐,女友說此素餃做得幼細,與早前在志蓮淨苑吃過的差不多.她喜愛馬拉糕,阿一的馬拉糕是古法製,店方很細心地,將馬拉糕安排到最後才上.始終這是甜店,擺到最後上是應該,奈何大多地方也忽略此一點.熱騰騰的馬拉糕飄來的幽香,淡淡蔗糖香味,糕身鬆軟,每一啖也感覺香甜.

七味點心連茶芥,用HSBC白金咭結帳有九折,埋單三百二十多.在阿一名下,兼對住海景,消費自然不便宜,但已是阿一最便宜的入場費.

喝過茶之後,還會不會來?以飲食來講,我從沒有富貴命,鮑魚同魚翅,皆非我最愛.除非有人請,我才會再來,哈哈.
