今晚食乜餸呀?我想吃炸子雞。當一間茶餐廳有幾頁menu,但所有客人都食緊同一樣野,跟機啦。燒雞即叫即炸、皮薄肉嫩有咸香。每次都會冒住熱到爛手既風險、迫不及待撕開雞脾,肉汁流淌既風景真係好治療。脆皮春雞籃配炸薯條($62)雞皮就係炸子雞既酥脆級數,連雞翼尖都好鬆化,除左雞胸大致上都好嫩滑彈牙,點埋淮鹽/泰式辣醬一流。戴住手套大杯酒大塊肉既麻甩感覺真係好爽皮。係好多油浸住呀,薯條係有時會淋哂呀,但我可以為佢去跑返個步囉。份量睇落唔多,但男仔食都會捧住個肚走架。
