陳記燒臘飯店係油麻地新開一間街坊燒味店,大除夕有得放早,放工經過見倒啲燒味幾正咁,就斬料返屋企加餸一家人食餐好啲嘅。燒鵝上庄($110) - 外賣燒味比堂食平少少,其中燒鵝上庄就只有外賣冇堂食的。個人唔係好鍾意下庄太肥又冇肉,所以肥瘦適中嘅上庄就啱晒我。鵝肉細嫩,鵝皮下面基本上冇乜肥膏,唔會食到成口油。我要求唔好淋汁,所以拎到反屋企,鵝皮仲帶少少脆口,絕對唔比人氣燒味店差。蜜汁叉燒($128/斤) - 叉燒我叫左$90,有大半斤都幾大盒。叉燒肉質鬆軟富蜜味,只係略嫌切得薄左少少,切返厚少少口感更好。
