To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

这间算是一家传统的云吞面小店，装修也比较樸素，但整体环境也比较干净。很简单的餐单，都是一般的传统面食如云吞、水饺、牛腩、南乳猪手等等，普通的价格，属中等价位。较为特别的是汤面类有大和小之分，但看到食客都是点大份的。看到店外有介绍他们的牛腩面，便要了一份。上桌的卖相还可以，牛腩的份量还可以，但跟面的上汤则有点咸。牛腩很腍很软，应该熬了不短时间，口感很不错。用的部分不是纯瘦肉，肉碎不会塞牙缝。另外，腩汁很浓，拌着面一齐吃令面条更好吃。虽然价格不算便宜，但这里的食物水准还可以。
