To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

腩肉、湯底好正！不過米線份量比較少

下午4點零去食，都仲係咁多人幫襯。點左$28小鍋米線微辣，加$9腩肉，飲凍好立克，加$4。等左5分鐘就上齊米線同杯凍飲，非常有效率。腩肉份量OK，真係好好食，好香油脂味！不過米線份量就少d湯底同酸菜都好掂啊！會回頭之前都食過幾次，但係今次覺得比以往進步左，好食左！希望質素一直有提升。特別一讚的腩肉~~而且座位坐得寬闊，唔會覺得逼。枱之間有好高的透明隔板間開，食得好放心。整體都唔錯~樓面姐姐都溫和有禮，落單、出餐俐落快手。
