To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇戲前食返少少野，眼見格局似普通的茶餐廳，裝修簡陋，甚至乎有啲舊。我見餐牌啲價錢一啲都唔平，同這間食肆的外觀很有分歧😅，先知原來已經存在了超過40年歷史。另一半仲話我知以前喺附近住嘅時候，特登來買外賣返去加料。本身想食燒腩仔，點知已經賣晒，得返啲燒腩骨，都照殺！味道比想像中好，皮脆，骨嘅部份特別滋味。肉的部分亦沒有其他食評講得咁乾。加$12要咗碗例湯，再加$12要碗白飯。雖然坐得不是太舒服，但食物質素比預期好，所需付出的金錢亦相比多過預期，但兩人食得飽飽的。😊
