To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店主話呢個蟹出面好少有,係比較少見既深海蟹,個樣肥嘟嘟傻更更咁,但味道又出奇地濃海鮮味,店員話呢款蟹主要都係食佢地鮮味,但我又覺得佢既膏其實都好香滑咼,食佢既可愛又得,食佢既鮮味又得姐

其實龍蝦我就真係唔算好識分辦,不過見佢上枱時大大隻,而個顏色又咁靚仔,應該都唔會係平野啦 。龍蝦肉質彈牙爽口,佢既膏偏向甘味,店員幫我地蒸到火喉剛剛好,唔會太熟既狀態,所以食既時候仲會有少少糯糯既感覺,好味

鮑魚既肉質比平時食既較為企身同實淨,店員建議我地咩都唔點去食佢既原味,值得講下既係店家喺幫我地蒸之前已經將D 貝殼既沙同內臟清理好,我地可以唔洗理太多,大大啖咁咬落去就得啦,十分滿足

野生大赤蝦既口感同平時食既大蝦有少少不同,呢種有少少似平時食刺身既果種大赤蝦,肉身較軟易入口,頭入面既膏都比較多

呢個青口入口有點驚艷,有著濃濃既海水味,如果你地有食開法國蠔,就應該明我既感覺啦,我個人幾喜歡呢種濃郁,但如果食唔慣既話可能會覺得佢太咸

要二揀一講邊樣好D 的話,我諗我會喜歡刀貝蚌多D,因為我比較喜歡果種彈牙既感覺,兩者食落同樣都係味道清甜,係大家既口感有著對比

個蠔食落無沙,蒸完之後食落口感比較奶滑,算係屬於Creamy 果種蠔,肉味濃,有回甘

食完曬D 海鮮,最尾仲會有一個海鮮粥俾我地暖身添,佢個粥係將之前蒸海鮮既精華留番曬入去入粥入面,所以食落特別鮮甜嫁,夠曬飽肚又得意,除左粥之外,仲有蒸蔬菜籃添呀,朋友話個粟米好甜,可以Encore
