今日放工後,來到九龍城候王道的「坤記牛腩麵」買外賣回家吃。「坤記」在九龍城很有名氣,食粉麵湯底當然非常重要,老板每天都用150斤牛骨和牛肉淆製成上湯,真材實料。除了牛筋腩出名好吃之外,自家製的雲吞和餃子也是必試的。《蘿蔔牛筋腩飯》$58膠質豐富的牛筋腩,軟腍入味,湯底清甜,果然是招牌菜。韮菜餃$30(半打)餃子大大隻,餡料豐富,肉眼睇到裡面最少有3隻蝦,餃子皮薄,味道鮮甜。《豬手麵》$38 兩大舊南乳豬手,也是骨膠原豐富,把清湯加入麵內一齊食,好好味。疫情期間,大部分行業都飽受創傷,尤其是飲食業,希望大家一起加油,能盡快走出困境。外賣時記得走餐具,為地球出點綿力。
