To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

臨時臨急的情況下找有什麼自助餐吃~因為即日打電話Boo位的關係,第一選擇早滿所以最後揀了第二選~這家吃過的再去畢竟之前吃覺得都還不錯,再加上有信用卡85折嘛~重點是這天根本不滿座人不多的情況下~反而吃得很輕鬆 (๑╹∀╹๑)海鮮的部份基本上就是跟上次來的時間差不多翡翠螺、長腳蟹、凍蝦、鮑魚~之前的是毛蟹,今次的則是麵包蟹整體的新鮮度比對上一次吃的差了點~特別是 長腳蟹,第2轉開始就特別鹹了蠔的話有三款,都是即開的 (´∀`)而且相較之下今次的蠔水準比較高一點。個人喜歡 Smoky Bay Oyster~口感爽口清脆~而且有淡淡的海水味(・ω・)之後日式的部份也有一些之前沒吃過的~像烤桂魚海葡萄沙律、廣島蠔水雲酢物、輕烙日本和牛伴水菜沙律因為上一次是吃西班牙菜為主~所以今次的好似比較吸引芝士的話是每次自助餐有的話必吃的~一次過可試不同口感和味道的芝士,雖然有餅乾可以配~個人會選擇配水果對這裡的熟食依舊抱一般的態度,而且基本上跟上次差不多而已今次的話就是沒了烤肉的串燒~換成這種串燒薄餅吧另外發現這裡的螺很惹味很好吃~~不過吃了幾隻後開始覺得很辣,有點麻的感覺還有這邊的咖喱味道不錯,椰香味會

甜品的話整體來說變動得最多~之前吃過的馬卡龍今次沒了
盒內的朱古力款式也有轉到。乳酪杯有寫明是少甜,慕絲類的還是味道怪怪的
大家一致認同 芒果布甸是最好吃~因為有很重芒果味
雪糕的話則由之前的Häagen-Dazs 轉成今次的 Mövenpickヾ('・ω・´) 最尾還有一杯餐飲。
